Tashi Shetty is a marketing professional with over a decade of experience in building global brands and developing marketing strategies across multiple sectors. In her current role as Head of Marketing at the Girls Day School Trust, her focus is on driving gender equality and empowering girls through education, creating spaces where girls learn without limits. Tashi has an MA in Social and Political Science from the University of Cambridge, followed by a degree in Management Studies from Judge Business School. Currently based in the UK, Tashi has an international background and experience from various organisations including CNN in New York, the House of Commons in London and IPP Media in Dar es Salaam.
Shoba Mathai is the Director of SoftCAST Technologies Pvt. Ltd. She sits on the board of other Non-Governmental Organisations and advises on IT and Communications for NGOs.
Sarah has been involved with iPartner India since its early years, committed to its growth and passionate about its mission. With nearly two decades of experience in philanthropy and social impact, she brings expertise in marketing, digital storytelling, and stakeholder engagement.
A Fine Art graduate from Parsons School of Design, New York, with a Master’s in Fine Art Media from The Slade, UCL, Sarah has spent 15 years designing websites and digital content for charities, educators, and change-makers. She is dedicated to supporting iPartner’s work and helping expand its reach so more communities can benefit.
Sumedha Sharma is a social development professional with 30 years of experience in advancing women’s rights, gender diversity, and social justice across India and internationally. Her experience spans work on child rights, feminist grant-making, governance, education, livelihoods, and violence prevention, with a strong focus on advocacy, strategic planning, and organizational development. Sumedha currently advises the Human Capability Foundation and the Greencliffe Foundation, supporting their expansion in India, Nepal, and Sri Lanka. She also serves as the Feminist Accountability Advisor for the `What Works to Prevent Violence – Impact at Scale II initiative’, funded by the UK’s FCDO, and is a member of the Program Advisory Panel for the Robert Carr Fund (Netherlands). She has worked in the past with Participatory Research in Asia (PRIA), The Hunger Project, Asia South Pacific Association for Basic and Adult education (ASPBAE) and iPartner India.
